Rolling on the rails: Stop #3 - Williston, ND

Welcome to the hub of the Great Plains oil industry!

Rolling hills and small farms dot the landscape, although they seem to have less snow here than back east. Many classic looking ghost towns are on this route, wish I could go explore some of these relics.

Had a breakfast bagel from the lounge, meh. The coffee is surprisingly good, though, it’s Green Mountain which is I recall tasting at some of the trade shows I helped BVL with last year.

The car behind us is entirely filled with high school kids going on a field trip. I assume it’s a Catholic school - the leader is wearing a collar. The kids are very well behaved and polite like all of us that attended parochial schools rather than the harsh institutions that comprise our public education system.

No WiFi here, will upload at first available.
