Rolling on the rails: Last stop - Seattle, WA

Once again the Amtrak crew has been excellent. Our car attendant, Lynda, is awesome – very helpful to the elderly passengers, keeping the restrooms stocked, aisles are vacuumed a couple times a day. And personable and fun and catering… like the airlines were a million years ago. And not too bad to look at either, but they are mostly Dad’s age. Actually, most of the Am-ladies are pretty “easy on the eyes”. Sleeper Attendant Doris keeps busting me for checking out her loooong legs. What is it about my penchant for older women? Tee hee hee.

Dining crew deserves honors as well. LSA John does his work well, and markets the service properly to all passengers, including us in coach. The wait staff was also good and was tipped well. Food was above average and the servings plenty.

Train crews were nice and easy going. Special props to conductors JP and Dustin.

Off to catch the buses to Victoria!
